There are many different patterns that are emerging but one that look ready to take the fashion world by storm over the next several months are dark, floral patterns. We’ve has a spring of light floral patterns, and as we move out of summer and then into autumn (I know it’s a long way off) we’ll see deeper and darker floral designs.

Blazers, jackets, boots have been modelled down the catwalk incorporating black, dark red and purple designs and it’s these bold colours we may well be seeing more of in the near future. Spring and summer have always been about bright whites and light colours, but Autumn and winter is when the fashion industry as a whole changes and is certainly a trend to watch out for.

That’s not to say that light floral patterns are dead in the water. It certainly isn’t the case and even now in summer many quality fashion stores will have these designs on offer. It’s just important to be wary of this trend, especially over the next 3-4 months.
